Which channels can I sell on?

A short, honest rundown of which sales channels are live in GridX Connect today (eBay US and eBay UK) and which are still coming soon.

Which channels are live today

GridX Connect is built for selling car and truck parts on eBay Motors. Right now, two eBay marketplaces are live and ready to use: eBay US (ebay.com, priced in USD) and eBay UK (ebay.co.uk, priced in GBP). Both run off a single eBay seller account, connected on the Channels page.

Other channels are on the way but are not usable yet. On the Channels page you will see eBay Germany and eBay Australia marked Coming soon, and a "More sales channels" slot describing Amazon and Shopify — also Coming soon. You cannot connect or list to any of these today. The Autotek Marketplace is not a sales channel you can use here either.

If your plan mentions a number of channels — for example "5 channels" on Plus — that is the number you will be able to use as more channels go live. It does not mean five channels work today; today, only eBay US and eBay UK do.

Before you start

  • Company admin access to connect a channel. Connecting eBay is admin-only.
  • An eBay seller account. The same account covers both eBay US and eBay UK.

Steps

  1. Open Channels in the left sidebar.
  2. Look at the marketplace grid. eBay US and eBay UK read Live or Available, and your main store carries a Primary badge.
  3. Click Connect eBay to link your eBay account (admin only). For the full walkthrough, see the Sell on eBay UK article.
  4. Any channel marked Coming soon cannot be selected yet. Check back as it goes live.

What is live and what is coming

Each coming-soon channel shows a Coming soon pill on the Channels page and cannot be clicked. The page describes the future ones this way: "Amazon, Shopify and more — each connects as its own channel alongside eBay, with its own marketplaces." So when they arrive, they will not replace eBay — they sit next to it, each with its own listings.

How channels relate to your plan

Your plan sets how many channels you will be able to use, but only eBay US and eBay UK are live regardless of plan:

  • Free — eBay only.
  • Pro — multi-channel.
  • Plus — 5 channels.
  • Enterprise — unlimited channels.

Until the other channels go live, the extra allowance simply waits — there is nothing else to connect yet. When a new channel opens, it will appear on the Channels page ready to connect, subject to your plan.

If something goes wrong

  • A channel shows "Coming soon" and will not connect. That channel is not available yet. Only eBay US and eBay UK can be connected today.
  • "Connect eBay first" / "Open Channels to link your eBay account." — you tried to publish before connecting eBay. Open the Channels page and connect your eBay account.
  • "Only admins can modify" — connecting a channel is admin-only. Ask a company admin, or ask to be made one.
