What each plan includes and how to upgrade

Every GridX Connect plan’s SKU allowance, which modules it unlocks, how overage works, and how to change plan.

What each plan includes

GridX Connect charges you for the SKUs you list. Every plan gives you an allowance of listings, and the paid plans add a small per-listing fee once you go past that allowance. This article walks through what comes with each plan so you can pick the one that fits how much you list.

There are five plans: Free, eBay Sponsored, Pro, Plus and Enterprise. You compare and change them on the plan page. Your usage, invoices and spending limit live in a different place — Settings > Billing — which is covered in the separate article on plan usage and spending caps.

One thing the plans do not do today is turn on channels that are not live yet. You currently list on eBay Motors — both eBay US and eBay UK. Where a plan card mentions "multi-channel", "5 channels" or "unlimited" channels, treat those as the plan's future capacity: the extra channels are not switched on yet, so a higher plan does not add another place to sell today.

> [!NOTE] > Plan changes always happen on the plan page. Every plan button inside Settings > Billing sends you there rather than changing your plan on the spot.

Before you start

  • Free needs no card. You can list up to your allowance without entering any payment details.
  • Upgrading yourself needs a card. If an administrator invoices your account or eBay sponsors it, plan changes go through support instead of self-serve checkout.
  • eBay Sponsored is invite only. You cannot buy your way onto it — the button reads Contact eBay →.
  • Only eBay is live. You sell on eBay US and eBay UK today; other channels a plan lists are not available yet.

Steps

  1. Click any upgrade or View plans button in the app, or open the plan page directly. It opens as a full page, and the link in the top-left corner takes you back to where you came from.
  2. Read your current-plan pill at the top — it shows your plan name, status, the SKUs you have used against your cap, and your renewal or end date. On Free with nothing wrong, there is no pill.
  3. Compare the cards from left to right: Free, eBay Sponsored, Pro and Plus, followed by the wide Enterprise card.
  4. Drag the calculator to estimate your real monthly cost at that volume, including any overage.
  5. If your volume is Enterprise-size, use Find my plan for a tailored recommendation instead of a fixed card.

The plans at a glance

| Plan | Price | Listings included | Extra listings | Team seats | |---|---|---|---|---| | Free | $0 | 50 SKUs — lifetime | Listing stops; upgrade to continue | 1 | | eBay Sponsored | $0 to you (invite only) | 2,000 over a 2-month window | Wait for the next period, or upgrade | 3 | | Pro | $100 / month | 1,000 per month | $0.10 each | 3 (you and 2 others) | | Plus | $240 / month | 3,000 per month | $0.08 each | 10 | | Enterprise | From $350 / month | Custom | Negotiated | Unlimited |

Prices are in USD and billed monthly. The plan page notes: "Cancel anytime — Pro, Plus, and Enterprise are pro-rated. Switch tiers mid-cycle and pay only the difference."

Free is the no-commitment tier. It includes manual item upload, selling on eBay, basic email support and storage for around 1,000 photos. Its 50 SKUs are a lifetime total that never resets (more on that in the usage article).

eBay Sponsored is a plan eBay pays for on your behalf, badged Invite only. The card lists "Try it free for 2 months", "Access all platform features", "30% discount if you upgrade later" and "Priority support". It runs for a two-month window with a listing cap set by your sponsorship (commonly 2,000).

Pro is the entry paid tier, and the card marks it as the popular choice. It includes everything in Free, standard part-compatibility tools (FitX and YardScan), access for you and 2 team members, and live chat support. You get 1,000 listings a month, then $0.10 per extra listing.

Plus steps up to 3,000 listings a month at $0.08 per extra listing, the Elite tier of the part-compatibility tools (FitX Elite), access for up to 10 team members, and phone-and-chat support with a 99.5% service guarantee.

Enterprise starts at $350 a month for custom volume with a negotiated overage rate. It adds a dedicated account manager, advanced security (SSO/SAML), custom contracts, unlimited team members and a 99.95% service guarantee. There is no Buy button — use Find my plan or Talk to sales.

Which features need a paid plan

Some tools are switched on by your plan. On Free they show a lock and a Pro badge in the sidebar; clicking a locked item opens an upgrade prompt. These are decided by your account's entitlements rather than by the plan's name, so the exact split can vary — but here is what the app tells you today.

| Feature | What it does | What the app says when it's locked | |---|---|---| | Bulk Upload | List many parts from one spreadsheet | "Bulk Upload requires a paid plan." | | Image Drive | Match photos to parts by part-number folder | "Image Drive requires a paid plan." | | FitX | AI vehicle-compatibility extraction | "FitX requires a paid plan." (Standard on Pro; Elite on Plus and Enterprise) | | Price & Stock File | Export, edit and re-upload price and quantity in Excel | Comes with a paid plan, set by your account's entitlement | | Delete inventory | Remove parts from your inventory | "Deleting inventory items requires a Pro subscription." | | PartSnap | Branded placeholder images | "PartSnap requires a Pro plan or higher" |

> [!TIP] > A locked sidebar item is not a fault — it means the feature is not included on your current plan. The upgrade prompt's title is Upgrade required, and its button, View plans, takes you to the plan page.

Channels: what is live today

The plan cards describe channels generously — Pro shows "Multi-channel", Plus shows "5 channels" and Enterprise shows "Unlimited". Today only eBay Motors is live, covering eBay US and eBay UK. eBay Germany, eBay Australia, Amazon and Shopify are not usable yet, so moving to a plan that lists more channels does not give you another marketplace to sell on right now. Pick your plan on the listing volume and the tools you need, not on the channel count.

If something goes wrong

The messages below all point to plan entitlements, not to a bug.

  • A sidebar item shows a lock and a "Pro" badge, and clicking it says "… requires a paid plan." — The feature is not included on your current plan. Open the plan page from the prompt's View plans button and move to a paid plan. Bulk Upload, Image Drive and FitX use this exact wording; delete and PartSnap say "requires a Pro subscription" and "requires a Pro plan or higher".
  • The plan you want has no Buy button (Enterprise). — Enterprise is quote-based. Use Find my plan for a recommendation, or Talk to sales.
  • The eBay Sponsored card only offers "Contact eBay →". — Sponsored is invite only; you cannot self-serve onto it. If you were invited, follow up through eBay.
  • A plan lists channels you cannot find in the app. — Only eBay US and eBay UK are live. The other channels named on the higher plans are not switched on yet.
