Connect your eBay account

Link your eBay seller account so GridX Connect can publish and sync your listings.

Connecting eBay lets GridX Connect publish your parts as live listings, keep price and stock in sync, and use your eBay business policies.

Before you start

You need an active eBay seller account with business policies (shipping, returns and payment) already set up on eBay.

Steps

1. In the sidebar, open Channels.
2. Click Connect eBay. You are redirected to eBay to sign in.
3. Approve the permissions GridX Connect asks for. You are returned to the app automatically.
4. Back on Channels, choose your business policies - shipping, returns and payment. These are applied to every listing you publish.

> [!NOTE] > If eBay reports that no business policies were found, create them in your eBay account first, then use Refresh on the Channels page.

When the channel shows as Live, you are ready to publish from Inventory.
