Publish an item to eBay

Turn an inventory item into a live eBay listing.

Once an item has a price and at least one image, you can publish it as a live eBay listing.

Before you start

• Your eBay account is connected (see *Connect your eBay account*)
• The item has a price and at least one image

Steps

1. In the sidebar, open Inventory.
2. Find the item you want to list.
3. In the Actions column, click Publish.
4. The status changes to Publishing, and then to Published once eBay confirms.
5. Click the Published status to open the live listing on eBay.

> [!NOTE] > An item with no images cannot be published. Add at least one image first.

> [!TIP] > If you sell on eBay UK as well as eBay US, you are asked which marketplace to publish to. Each marketplace becomes its own listing.
