Inventory

Add, edit and organise the parts in your catalogue.

• Find parts and run bulk actions — Use the attention bar, search, filters and sort to find the right parts in your inventory, select rows across pages, and run any of the bulk actions such as Publish, Price and Labels.
• Edit a part — How to open an existing part from Inventory and edit its listing, technical, package, description and policy fields in the detail view — including setting independent eBay US and UK prices and shipping — and what saving does versus pushing changes to a live listing.
• Understand item statuses — What every status on a part means, which ones are waiting on you, and what to do about the ones that are not.
• Bulk update prices and stock — Change the price and quantity of parts you already have by exporting an Excel file, editing it, and uploading it back — then push the changes to your live eBay listings.
