Getting started

Set up your account, connect eBay, and publish your first listing.

• Set up your SKU prefix — Set the short code every SKU is built from, in Settings on the SKU tab. It is a one-time, admin-only step and a prerequisite for adding parts.
• Connect your eBay account — Link your eBay seller store to GridX Connect on the Channels page: connect, choose your primary marketplace, and set your shipping, return and payment policies.
• Set up your eBay business policies — Create your shipping, return and payment policies on eBay, then choose them per marketplace in GridX Connect — the terms every listing publishes with.
• Publish your first listing — The full path from a new account to a live eBay listing: set your SKU prefix, connect eBay, add a part, add a photo, and publish.
