Adding parts

Add parts to your inventory — one at a time, or many at once with a bulk upload.

• Add a part — Create one auto-part listing in your inventory from a part number — what to enter, what GridX Connect fills in for you, and every error message with its fix.
• Build your bulk-upload file — Fill the Standard or Advanced template correctly: what each column holds, why condition is a whole-file setting, the Brands catalog, and how to avoid dropped rows.
• Run a bulk upload — Add many parts to your inventory from one spreadsheet: pick New or Used, upload a CSV or Excel file, start processing, and read the results receipt.
• Fix bulk upload rows that were skipped or dropped — Read the reasons behind Duplicate, Failed and Dropped rows, download the error report, correct the rows and upload them again.
